The Brick Room
The Brick Room features the original brick wall that was once the exterior of the house. The brick wall with original window openings and casings serves as a feature wall. A queen size, black metal bed adds to the rustic feel of this room. An antique wardrobe and antique reupholstered bench and chair finish out the room. The bathroom in this room has a hand-crafted vanity made from an original floor joist salvaged from the kitchen floor.
The Bluegrass Room
The Bluegrass Room has a Kentucky theme and will sleep 4 people. The original fireplace mantle is still used in this room. This is the only room in the house that still has old, wood floors. A tall gentleman’s chest and antique desk and chair accent the Bluegrass Room. The four poster queen size bed compliments the blue wall color. A full size bed in this room allows 2 additional people to sleep in the Blue Grass Room. Adjacent to the Bluegrass Room is a private bath with tile floors and an Amish made vanity. This is an upstairs bedroom.
The Magnolia Room
The Magnolia room has a French country feel. This room has a king size bed and original mantle. This room allows you to sit and watch horse and buggy pass along the road in the front or view the field and creek in the back. The jeweled chandelier sets the mood for the room. The bathroom in the room features an antique dresser turned vanity. This is an upstairs bedroom.
The Magnolia and Brick Rooms $130 + tax a night.
The Bluegrass Room $160 + tax a night.
